Process phases

   12/11/2023 - 14/01/2024

   Preparation

   During this phase no activities are planned and it is mainly a time for your town to launch its communication campaign and get early adopters on the plateform.

   14/01/2024 - 15/03/2024

   Ideation

   If you have an idea for your town participatory budget this is the right moment for you to sumit it !

   Follow the link to be direct to the proposal submition form and submit an idea now.

   01/04/2024 - 31/07/2024

   Co-creation

   During this phase of co-creation your town is organising a series of meeting in order for resident to meet and exchange on some of the ideas submitted during the ideation phase.

   This phase is at the heart of the collaborative process that we are hoping to put in place in your town.

   15/09/2024 - 15/10/2024

   Selection

   During this phase, you will be invited to submit a vote and select the ideas you feel are best for your town.

5. 5
   01/12/2024 - 31/12/2025

   Implementation

   Follow the implementation of the selected projects.
